Austrian Patent Office AT12 846U1 2012-12-15
Description The invention relates to arrangements for covering a building roof, comprising at least one first sheet metal strip having at least one edge of a first fold, and a second sheet metal strip having at least one edge a second fold, with the first fold of the first sheet metal web to form a snap-in is engaged.
Such arrangements are known in practice and form, for example, a roofing to form a sheet metal roof. Furthermore, it is known that the metal sheets can be fixed to a roof substructure by means of so-called adhesives, which represent fixing plates and are connected to the snap-in flange. In this context, it should be noted that the metal sheets change their length depending on the ambient temperature. For example, an aluminum sheet web of 10 m in length undergoes a change in length of 24 mm at a temperature change of 100 °. The connection of the adhesive to the metal sheets must tolerate this change in length to avoid damage to the roof.
In Schnappfalzsystemen tapes or sheets are profiled so that in the rebate area by superimposing a load from above a frictional connection is created, which looks like a standing seam. A Schnappfalzsystem consists of a shortage and a cover, which are used for connection to a substructure Hafte, which are tied to the shortage. A Schnappfalzsystem is also well suited for a metal cladding of a facade and can be used horizontally or vertically.
Furthermore, it is known to fix Schnappfalzen or Doppelstehfalzen of sheet metal roofs bearing constructions for connection of roof accessories. These bearing constructions are usually jammed at the folds, so that the relevant accessory, such as a snow guard or a substructure for a solar panel, can be fixed on the relevant sheet metal roof.
The invention has for its object to provide over the prior art optimized arrangements for covering a building's roof, which are designed according to the aforementioned type.
This object is solved by the arrangements according to claims 1 and 9.
According to a first aspect, the invention thus an arrangement for covering a building roof to the object, the at least one first sheet metal web having at least one edge of a first fold, a second sheet metal strip having at least one edge of a second fold, which is in engagement with the first fold of the first sheet metal strip for forming a snap-in, and at least one fixing plate, which is hooked on a tab on one of the folds and has a foot section for connection to a roof substructure, wherein the tab slidably guided on the fixing plate is.
This arrangement is thus characterized by a so-called adhesive forming fixing plate, in which the tab which is mounted on one of the folds of the sheet metal tracks, changes in length of the metal sheets due to temperature changes or the like follows and in this case undergoes a shift relative to the fixing plate, which is rigidly connected to the roof substructure. The fixing plate can therefore absorb the changes in length. This is particularly advantageous when a Dachzubehörteil is jammed at the snap gap and the tab is thus also firmly clamped to the Schnappfalz, so that no relative movements between the Schnappfalz and the tab are possible.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing plate on a slot which is bounded by a web on which the tab is guided. By this configuration, the tab in the direction of displacement, d. H. in the direction of extension of the Schnappfalzes not slip 1/12 Austrian Patent Office AT 12 846 Ul 2012-12-15 easily from the fixing plate. Rather, the displacement of the tab is limited to the fixing plate by the end faces of the elongated hole.
For example, the fixing plate is an angle plate and the web is formed on a portion of the fixing plate, which is arranged at least approximately plane-parallel to the standing seams.
The tab and the fixing part can each be formed as a stamped and bent part.
The invention further has an arrangement for covering a building roof to the object, the at least one first sheet metal strip having at least one edge of a first fold, a second sheet metal strip having at least one edge of a second fold, with the first fold of the first sheet metal web to form a fold is engaged, and a holding device for a roof accessory part comprises, which engages over the fold. The holding device comprises two side plates, which abut respectively on the mutually engaging bends, and a center plate which is arranged between the side plates, and rests with a lower edge on an upper edge of the snap gap, wherein the two side plates and the center plate by means of at least a screw are connected to each other, that the holding device is clamped to the Schnappfalz.
At the holding device according to the invention, for example, a snow skirt or a support structure for a solar panel or the like can be attached.
The side plates and the center plate may have mutually aligned recesses for attachment of the roof accessory. For example, the recesses are penetrated by a pipe, which represents a snow guard or to which a solar panel can be attached.
Alternatively, the center plate may be formed with an angle, a tab or the like, to which the roof accessory can be attached directly.
In order to prevent accidental slippage of the holding device along the fold, at least one of the side plates has on its inside, d. H. at its side facing the fold, at least one locking lug, which engages in a recess formed on the fold.
In order to be variable in terms of the positioning of the holding device, the recess is preferably formed by a locking plate, which is placed on the fold. For example, the locking plate engages over the upper edge of the fold, wherein the recess, which may be formed slot-like for accommodating tolerances, is formed on a side of the fold abutting portion of the locking plate. Furthermore, the locking plate may have at its lower edge a hook-shaped in cross-section retaining portion which engages under a roof extending in the direction of the sheet metal portion of the fold to prevent unwanted lifting of the holding device of the fold.
In order to keep the production of the holding device formed in the context of the invention economically, the two side plates are preferably constructed identical.
To facilitate the mounting of the holding device, the at least one screw engages over a square section, the side plates and the center plate against rotation.
The roof accessory can be a pipe which serves as a snow guard and / or can be used for fixing a roof panel.
Furthermore, the invention has an arrangement for covering a building roof to the object, the at least one first sheet metal web having at least one edge a first fold, a second sheet metal strip having at least one edge of a second fold, with the first fold of the first sheet metal strip to form a Schnappfalzes is engaged, at least one fixing plate, which is mounted on a tab on one of the folds and a foot section for connection to a roof substructure AT 12 846 U1 2012-12-15 tion has, as well as a holding device for a roof accessory part includes, which overlaps the Schnappfalz. The tab, which is mounted on one of the standing seams, is displaceably guided on the fixing plate. The holding device comprises two side plates, which abut respectively on the Schnappfalz, and a middle plate which is arranged between the side plates and rests with a lower edge on the upper edge of Schnappfalzes, wherein the two side plates and the center plate connected by at least one screw are that the holding device is clamped to the Schnappfalz.
Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the subject invention are the description, the drawings and the claims removable.
